Our process explained
At My House Broker we do all the work of finding a buyer for your home, while you remain firmly in control of the process. If you’d like to sell your home quickly for the best price then this is how we can help you.
1. Tell us what you want
Firstly, you have a chat with us on the phone. Don’t worry, you’ll be talking directly to one of our brokers – not a telesales person. All enquiries are strictly confidential.
2. Find a buyer for your home
We’ll need to do a valuation of your home in order to find you a buyer. You can jump-start this process by filling in the form on the right – this searches our database of buyers immediately and will help us to quickly find a buyer for your property.
3. Make an appointment
If you’d like to proceed, then we make an appointment to see you. We sit down with you and discuss your current situation in detail, as well as any of the potential offers to purchase your property. We do not charge for the appointment, and this is a “no obligation” meeting.
4. Let us sell your house!
